Swedish: General Massage & Relaxation and Deep Tissue
You can request either general relaxation massage, which includes the back, neck, shoulders, arms and hands, legs and feet, face and scalp or deep tissue massage which focuses more on releasing chronic tension, trigger points aka"knots", myofascial restrictions, scar tissue and chronic inflammation in specific areas. I prefer to do a bit of both in each session so I can fix your issue and still have you leave feeling calm and relaxed. In this case, please book 1 hour or longer.
Thai yoga Massage
Thai massage is recommended when you feel you need a little something more than the typical Swedish massage. In Thai massage, I can stretch and lengthen your joints and muscles while working on deeper chronic issues with palm, thumb or elbow pressing or even deeper pressure with feet or knees. I can also create a gentle, calming energetic type treatment that focuses on rejuvenating your body mind and soul. The choice is up to you.

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. For the first late cancellation where less than 24 hours’ notice is given, you will be not be charged. A second offense will be charged 50% of your full appointment fee. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. If you cancel ‘last minute’ a third time or more, you will be charged in full for your appointment.
No Call within 24 hours or "no show" will be charged in full for the “missed” appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
